Hairapy sessions w/ Tara

All clients will be required to have a valid & active credit or debit card on file. Appointment confirmations are sent out via text/email 48 hours prior to your service. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact me at 314-806-2709 to ensure I have the correct information on file for you. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of their scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the cost of service(s) booked to the card they have on file. No Call/No Show; Please make every effort possible to make your scheduled appointment time. I do understand emergency situations happen, but ask that you reach out as soon as possible. No call/show’s will result in a 100% charge of the cost of service(s) booked and a deposit may be required prior to rebooking your next service. Late Policy; If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be subject to a different service that time allows, or rescheduling your service completely. *Color services* All new clients will be required to schedule an in person consultation. A 50% service retainer will be required the day of consultation , prior to booking your appointment. This will be applied to your total appointment cost. Cash and credit/debit card are acceptable methods of payment. The remaining balance may vary depending on any changes made and any additional product used day of service but will be discussed in order for you to be prepared. Each client is very important to me, and I ask that you be considerate of my business and scheduling policies.
